Proceed to the customs and immigration area, where you will need to present your passport and any other necessary travel documents. Clearing customs and inmigration can take you a minute or an hour, that will depend on how many flights landed at the same time on the same terminal, how many inmigration officers are working at the moment, if you get a red or a green light and a large list of eceteras, however we know this and we will be waiting for you. This is an important step, so be sure to have all of your documents ready. Follow the instructions of the customs and immigration officers, answering any questions they may have.

After passing through customs and immigration, head to the arrivals hall, where you will see signs and airport staff directing you to the transportation representative area. These signs will typically have symbols or images that are easily recognizable, so follow them closely.

Look for someone holding a sign with your name or VIP Transfers Cancún logo. This person will be your transportation representative, and they will be there to assist you with your transportation arrangements. If you don't see them right away, don't panic. Simply ask airport staff for assistance. They will be happy to help you locate your transportation representative. However please be aware that "information centers" are often OPC's trying to get you into a Time share presentation, offering you free breakfasts, discounts and even free tours, stay away from them unless you're willing to loose a whole day and probably loads of money.

Confirm yourtransportation arrangements

When you have found your transportation representative, confirm your transportation arrangements and let them know if there have been any changes or delays. This is a good time to ask any questions you may have about your transportation or the city of Cancun.

Board yourtransportation

Once everything has been confirmed, you will be taken to your final destination, whether it's a hotel, private residence, or other location. Your transportation representative will ensure that you have a comfortable and safe journey.
